We are currently looking for an experienced Joinery Estimator to join our Joinery / Interior Fit-Out division. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cost estimation, tender evaluation, and material analysis within the joinery, exhibition stands, kiosks, display units, and custom furniture industry.
This role requires someone with strong technical knowledge of joinery production, materials, and installation processes who can accurately prepare estimates and support project costing.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Prepare cost estimates for joinery and interior fit-out projects, including exhibition stands, kiosks, display units, and furniture.
* Review tender documents, drawings, scope of work, specifications, and contract conditions.
* Analyze tender drawings, 3D visuals, and material specifications to extract quantities and prepare BOQ when required.
* Identify and quantify all cost factors including materials, labor, and production requirements.
* Prepare detailed estimates and quotations using tools such as Microsoft Excel.
* Float inquiries to suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
* Prepare comparison sheets and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations.
* Support the team in developing estimation models for medium and large-scale tenders.
* Ensure cost estimates align with production capabilities and installation requirements.
🔹 Requirements
* Experience in joinery / interior fit-out estimation.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of joinery production and installation procedures.
* Knowledge of raw materials used in joinery and their grades.
* Experience with BOQ preparation, tender analysis, and cost estimation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimation tools.

Responsibilities
- Providing assistance to the Directors on daily Management follow ups.
- Coordinating Management meetings.
- Assisting HR Head in coordinating end to end recruitment process for Dubai and KSA offices.
- Providing coordination and support to the HR team for employee engagement activities and keeping a follow up on monthly events celebrations.
- Providing support and coordination for general HR related operational tasks and follow ups as and when required.

Qualifications:
-Degree in HR or equivalent.
-5 to 7 yrs of experience in HR & admin activities in services/manufacturing industry. Proven experience in dealing with blue and white collared employees.
-At least 2 years of HR managerial experience preferable within KSA
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to be compassionate and approachable.
-Team leader with ability to influence others and provide a bridge between management and employees.
-Highly prolific in MS office especially in MS excel for reporting purpose. Experience in ERP environment like ODOO will be an advantage.

-Responsibly hand over and ensure that end delivery is up to mark.
