Responsibilities
- Providing assistance to the Directors on daily Management follow ups.
- Coordinating Management meetings.
- Assisting HR Head in coordinating end to end recruitment process for Dubai and KSA offices.
- Providing coordination and support to the HR team for employee engagement activities and keeping a follow up on monthly events celebrations.
- Providing support and coordination for general HR related operational tasks and follow ups as and when required.

Responsibilities:
-Managing the HR function by reviewing, developing and revising current HR policies and ensuring implementation of the same.
-Manage company's recruitment needs including preparing and updating job descriptions.
-Labor forecasting and selection of technical candidates
-Manage grievance and disciplinary process keeping in mind the well being of employees and providing counselling.
-Administering leave management, end of service management, employees advances management, payroll management, employee records etc.
-Overseeing and monitoring camp management and facilities management like cleaning, security, front office along with camp boss.
-Implement performance appraisal process across the board.
-Staying up to date and advising management on KSA labor law and work in close coordination with company HEAD OFFICE IN DUBAI
-Encourage a positive working culture.
Qualifications:
-Degree in HR or equivalent.
-5 to 7 yrs of experience in HR & admin activities in services/manufacturing industry. Proven experience in dealing with blue and white collared employees.
-At least 2 years of HR managerial experience preferable within KSA
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to be compassionate and approachable.
-Team leader with ability to influence others and provide a bridge between management and employees.
-Highly prolific in MS office especially in MS excel for reporting purpose. Experience in ERP environment like ODOO will be an advantage.

-Coordinate with the production team to feed jobs with proper details and clarity into the manufacturing process.
-Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and the factory team to ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
-Track project progress and provide updates to clients and internal teams.
-Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the project lifecycle.
-Maintain accurate records of all communications, quotes and project details.
-Responsibly hand over and ensure that end delivery is up to mark.
